How do I get involved in this program?
If you and your community would like the “Think B4U Wink” organization started in your community take the following steps:
-
“Think B4U Wink” is primarily a law enforcement program that targets the parents of underage drinkers, it is imperative that you get support from your local law enforcement agencies. What makes this program different than others, it is law enforcement that is taking the lead and being proactive. When an officer of the law stands and addresses a group, we all have more of a tendency to listen. That is what we believe makes “Think B4U Wink” unique and effective. You may feel comfortable is approaching your local Police Chief and Sheriff, but if not, let us join you. We will be happy to assist you if you set a meeting date and time.It is imperative that law enforcement buy in with this program or it will be destined for failure. Accountability will be missing and if law enforcement chooses to wink at the problem, then we all have a taller wall to climb.
